How the Fees Work

Three stages. Pay as your case progresses — not upfront.

Most immigration firms ask for a large sum upfront, regardless of outcome. We do things differently. Your fees are split into stages that track the actual progress of your application — so your financial exposure is always proportionate to where you are in the process.

1
To get started
€500
Paid at sign-up

Opens your case on the dashboard, triggers your free eligibility review, and assigns you a personal case manager. Your lawyer begins your document checklist immediately.

2
Before submission
€500
Paid when documents are ready

Your full application pack — forms, sworn translations, employer or client letters — is complete and reviewed by your lawyer. This stage falls due when everything is prepared and ready to file.

3
On approval
€899
Paid when your visa is granted

The largest payment only falls due when you've received your approval. You celebrate getting your DNV — then pay the final stage.

Why this structure? It aligns our incentives with yours. The largest payment only falls due when you are approved — so we are motivated to get you there. If your application is unsuccessful, you have never paid for an outcome that didn't happen.

Additional Costs to Know About

We include everything we can in the service fee. Here's what sits outside it — and why.

🏥
Private Health Insurance

Required for employed applicants. Self-employed (autónomo) applicants are covered by Spain's public health system. For employed applicants, arrange a DNV-compliant policy via spanish-healthinsurance.com.

🏛️
Government Tasa

UGE applications (in Spain): the tasa is included in our fee. Consulate applications (from abroad): the tasa is payable directly to Spanish authorities at submission. We confirm the exact amount at document preparation stage.

📋
Apostille & Criminal Record Fees

You'll need apostilled criminal record certificates from every country you've lived in over the last five years. The cost varies by country and is payable directly to your home government — we'll guide you through exactly what to get.

⚖️
Beckham Law Tax Registration

DNV holders can opt into Spain's special 24% flat tax regime for up to 6 years. This is a separate post-approval service handled by our specialist tax team — not bundled into the DNV fee.

🪪
TIE Residence Card Appointment

Once approved and in Spain, you'll book your TIE appointment directly at your local police station within 30 days. There's a small government fee for the card itself. We walk you through the whole process.

📄
Sworn Translations — What's Included

Translations are included up to €200 (new) / €100 (renewal). This covers criminal record, proof of income, and employer/client letter. Any excess is charged at cost and confirmed with you in advance.

Pricing Questions

Common questions about our fees

Our service fee is €1,899 for a new 1-adult application, paid in three stages (€500 + €500 + €899). On top of this, you'll need to budget for private health insurance (if employed), any apostille costs for your criminal record, and the government tasa if applying via consulate. We provide a full cost breakdown once your eligibility is confirmed.
No. The fee is split across three stages that match the progress of your case. You pay €500 to get started, €500 when your documents are ready to submit, and the final €899 only once your visa is approved.
Yes — a few. If you're employed by a foreign company, you'll need DNV-compliant private health insurance (arranged separately). If applying via a consulate, there's a government tasa payable at submission. Apostilles for criminal records are also paid directly to your home government. We confirm all of these in advance.
No — health insurance is arranged separately and paid directly to the insurer. For employed applicants, we work with spanish-healthinsurance.com and 247 Expat Insurance. Self-employed applicants don't need private insurance — they're covered by Spain's public system.
Yes. Family applications benefit from reduced per-person fees. Contact us before starting and we'll give you a personalised quote based on the number of applicants in your household.
