Which visa is right for me?
It depends on your situation. The Non-Lucrative Visa suits retirees and those with passive income (requires ~€2,400/month). The Digital Nomad Visa suits remote workers and freelancers (requires €2,849/month). The Student Visa suits those enrolled in an accredited Spanish course. Use our free eligibility check to confirm your best route in minutes.
How much does your service cost?
Our fees depend on the visa type. The NLV is €1,499 all-in (paid over 3 stages: €400, €400, €699). The DNV is €1,899 (paid over 3 stages: €500, €500, €899). The Student Visa is €799 (paid over 2 stages: €300, €499). Renewals are €699 (NLV) and €999 (DNV). Official sworn translations are included in all applications. Family discounts available.
How long does a Spain visa application take?
Processing times vary by consulate and visa type. NLV applications typically take 1–3 months. DNV applications via the UGE route take approximately 20 working days. Student visa applications take 4–8 weeks depending on the consulate. We advise on realistic timelines for your specific situation.
Do I need to visit a consulate?
For the NLV and Student Visa, yes — you apply from your home country consulate. The DNV can be applied for via the UGE (from within Spain) or consulate (from abroad). We prepare your full application pack in advance so your appointment is straightforward.
Can you help with family applications?
Yes. We handle applications for the main applicant and family dependants. For the NLV, each additional family member requires an extra ~€600/month in income. For the DNV, a spouse adds 75% of SMI and each child 25%. Family discounts apply on our service fees.
When should I start the renewal process?
We recommend starting your renewal at least 60 days before your current permit expires. This gives you enough time to gather updated documents and ensures no gap in your residency status. Register on the dashboard and we will send you a personalised renewal timeline.
