The Beckham Law is a special tax regime that allows qualifying residents — including DNV holders — to be taxed at a flat rate of 24% on Spanish-sourced income, rather than the standard progressive rates up to 47%.
The initial DNV is granted for one year if applied for from outside Spain (or three years if applied for from within Spain). It can be renewed for two-year periods thereafter.
